We want you to love your jute. If something isn't right, you can return any unused item within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.

To start a return: email us at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll arrange a reverse pickup at no cost.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.

Custom or personalized pieces are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.
