Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your jute. If something isn't right, you can return any unused item within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.

To start a return:

• Email us at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item
• We'll arrange a reverse pickup at no cost
• Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item

Exceptions:

• Custom or personalized pieces are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged
• Items must be unused and in original packaging

Exchanges: We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color. Contact us to arrange.
