Will the colors bleed?
No. Our doormats are woven with vegetable-based dyes and are pre-washed. Some natural-fiber dust in the first few weeks is normal and easily vacuumed away.
Can I use it outdoors?
Yes — under a covered entryway. Jute is a natural fiber and prolonged direct rain will shorten its life. For fully outdoor use we recommend our heavier Premium Handcrafted line.
How do I clean it?
Shake out weekly. For a deeper clean, hand wash with mild soap and water, then air-dry in shade. Avoid machine washing or tumble drying.
What if it doesn't fit my doorway?
Measure your entryway first. Our Standard size (15″ × 15″) fits most Indian doorways; Medium (18″ × 18″) suits wider frames. We accept returns within 7 days for unused items.
